I had an employee drop off shirts for embroidery. I called the store after as my employee had not left instructions. I spoke with the manager on the phone and explained the design should be 3"x3" and it should be on the left pocket. They said that was no problem. Today I had the employee pick up the shirts. Three major issues: 1) the embroidery looks bad - loose thread and very unprofessionally done, 2) the design is placed above the left shirt pocket, almost on the shoulder, & 3) the design is larger than 3x3 which does not look good on the shirt. I called them after the employee brought me the shirts and the person on the phone was EXTREMELY rude, told me that they were told nothing about the design or placement, then yelled that their policy is all sales are final once you leave the store. This is not written on their website and I was not informed of this on the phone when I called for information originally. Bad quality, rude staff, and a complete waste of time and money. Also they modified the logo file I gave them without checking with me: they changed the spacing and the "r" on the logo.
