When placing an order you are greated with nothing but kindness and joy, but as soon as something is wrong with the order, and you’d have to contact them they are very irate and difficult to deal with.

The management is absolutely horrendous, ordered 2 pizzas, but when I got home we’re burnt. I called Pats and explained the situation, and offered to send pictures as proof. The manager declined and said I would have to drive back in rush hour( could easily take 45+ minutes) and without a single slice missing he would refund me. At this point I offer to give it back if someone came and picked it up, he replies “I’ll send you’re mother to pick it up” at this point I raise my voice and tell him I’m coming, and he then tells me the police will be waiting for me

I would purchase Pizzas from this location on a weekly basis, but as of today will never return to this location or establishment again. If you come here hope to God nothing is wrong with you’re order otherwise, you will have to pay the price for their mistakes.
