Tried to use air pump at the station and saw that I needed $1.50 to use machine. Went into Staton and the female clerk gave me change. Tried to use pump but it did not work. Went back and told the clerk that the machine was not workingand could I get back my change. She said somebody just used it and it was fine. I told her it was out of order and I would like a refund. She refused and told me to call the number on the machine. I asked to talk to her supervisor and she said there was no one available. Very rude! The employee did not have a name badge I could see. This happened on 2/20/2016 at approximately 11:45am. I am local resident and have been coming to this station for over 35 years. Very disappointed!
