Worst customer service EVER. Guy who answers phone is rude for no reason, and acts bothered and put out if a question is asked. He hung up on me and when I called back and asked why, he said he was busy. I asked for a map and he said only laminated map was available. Then shouted " do you want it, yes or no" . I told him I would never order from him as he was totally unprofessional. Rude beyond belief. Someone should take him off the phone as no business can possibly survive with him around. Never ever do business with this company
