one of the Best Services I ever Had, I was late in payment , he called me many times to remind me of Payment , I e-mil him for extention and he accepted 2 months late and was OK when I paid back in installments,, I like his services and many cats are my wittnesses...

Though the owner may appear charming and friendly, he was prone to violent and abusive outbursts, even when his poor accounting was the cause. His contract is non-standard. Required 30 days written notice to move out, then doubled the rent if 30 days expired. Can be very verbally abusive and threatening, including threats of violence and phone harrassment for collection. Made inappropriate sexual comments to wife. Made person threatening visits to home to collect disputed debts. Displayed psychopathic and totally unbusiness-like behavior toward customer. Repeatedly lied to justify behavior. Used false advertising of low rates, confirmed them over the phone, then required six months advance payment, rather than first month plus one month security promised over the phone, after we arrived to move in. A totally dishonest, unethical and potentially dangerous person whose license should be revolked. BUYER BEWARE! Do business here and you will regret it. Not a normal self-storage facility.
