This is the worst company to deal with, these guys are slumlords. They never fix anything in the apartments. I lived in one of there apartments for almost 11 years, I gave verbal and written notice that I was moving. I left the apt in better shape then when I got it. Now they are avoiding me because because they don't want to return my security. They don't put the tenets security deposits in a bank account, they just keep it, because they have no intentions of ever giving it back. They are such horrible landlords they won't answer your calls, letters anything. Don't rent from them ...
