We moved from Connecticut to California with Preferred Relocation, and we were very happy with the whole experience. Our salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The movers were professional and our furniture/boxes were treated with care. We would surely recommend Preferred, and are happy that someone recommended the comany to us.

Used them for my mothers from Naugatuck CT to Sierra Vista AZ - from start to finish, everyone we dealt with was accommodating, professional, and available whenever we needed assistance. Then moving crew that packed us up in CT arrived on time, worked very hard, and our furniture was packed and loaded in a matter of just a few hours. The men that delivered took the time to make sure mom was comfortable with her set up at her new place in Sierra Vista. We're so glad we used Preferred Relocation and we absolutely recommend them.

Superb service. Highly recommended. The guys from preferred relocation had moved my 5 bedroom apt within 1 day and unpacked everything exactly like planned. Never have I seen such an excellent service and for a very reasonable cost.

Unless you want your belongings held hostage on the moving truck by hoodlums at your destination, then AVOID PREFERRED RELOCATION!! It is their common trick to lure you in with a low-ball quote, then once you arrive at your new residence they will tell you they want thousands more in cash, or else they won't unload all your possessions. Don't do it....and if you find yourself in that situation, call the cops immediately. Oh, and they also steal belongings of yours that they load onto the truck. Just an FYI...
