I usually have a pleasant experience coming here, however this woman (may be management or just works there and at the time wore a blue/white striped shirt when I interacted with her) was sarcastic and condescending when asking her questions which may have sounded stupid to her according to the way she responded and then walking away not wanting to help further. I chose to pay for my item but next time I will avoid her to keep me from cursing her out. Her private life may be miserable and takes it out on customers otherwise she would still be friendly in the retail business regarding what type of customers shop there. It's a good quality store and the other staff were helpful, but some people need a lesson in tolerance.
