She grabbed my sweet cat by the back of the neck and yanked him out of his carrier. I was shocked at how rough she was. My cat looked terrified and I should have just got out of there. I'm so mad that I didn't. Also, never asked for papers regarding immunizations, etc. Unhealthy environment.

You know how skitish my dog and the one before him are and she's so patient and calm with them when they needed their nails cut. Now Quincy has long hair and needs to be shaved for the summer and she does a wonderful job. When he caught fleas I went in, and to save $ and since she didn't have an open appointment I did it myself in a sink I rented there. Even though she was very busy she took the time to help me. A few times. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone who asked.
