Provided by YP.comNEVER AGAIN! I stopped in there on a Friday evening to get a mani/pedi. Instead of telling me they didn't have enough time to do both before they closed, they rushed me through and gave me the bums rush out the door at 6:55. (they close at 7:00) There was no time to allow my nails to dry so they asked me to leave in my paper slippers! It was about 30 degrees outside. I sat in my car with the heat on drying my nails! Nail salons are a dime a dozen, I don't need to go there again.

Provided by YP.comI've been to the salon twice with my daughter as a walk in with little wait time. $30 pedi & mani is a great price and the manicure lasted over a week. Great pedi too. I strongly recommend this salon.

Provided by YP.comI have been to numerous nail salons in my 35 years, and this was by far my worst experience ever. I'm sharing this so that no one has to go through what my friends and I went through.
Two weeks ahead of time, I made appointments for me and three of my friends, who were in town for the weekend, to get manicures. I confirmed the appointments twice before, however when we walked in there was no one available to take us. Twenty five minutes later, they took one of us, and then unfortunately began what was my friends' most painful and rushed manicures of their lives. They filed one of friend's nails so hard they went into her skin but didn't even push back her cuticles, therefore it only took 5 minutes. My other friend had her cuticles pushed back so hard and fast they bled, and my third friend didn't have all of her nails painted properly - paint was on her skin and part of her nails were not painted at all. To top it off, each one took no more than 5 minutes, hardly a relaxing manicure. In the end I didn't even bother to have my nails done as I was the last one and an hour late, plus I didn't want to be put through that.
As far as customer service, when I asked the manager what was going on, she yelled at me and said since it was a Saturday, I shouldn't have expected to get proper service. When I told her she shouldn't be charging me full price for what my friends just went through, she yelled at me again and wouldn't budge. So I paid what she asked but did not tip as we just wanted to get out of there. And I wasn't the only customer with issues. When we left, there were people who had been in there for 2 hours and still weren't done.
I will NEVER go there again. That place is new and clearly a churn and burn business that only cares about making a fast buck. They do not care about the customer at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere and highly suggest you do the same.
