I hadn't been there in a while because of it being summer, and they didn't even inform me that they were closing (had a membership, $ was taken out of my bank account automatically). I realized it on the 1st of Sept when the $ didn't come out. Then I called, no answer, then went there and they were closed. Some business they run. This place use to be Hollywood Tans and I was with them for years so after it changed over I just stayed because of convenience. What a mistake! No air conditioning for like 2 weeks, no working water cooler ever, never any wipes or lotion to use after Tanning. It was a mess and very disappointing. I'm going back to Hollywood Tans ,the one in Bellmawr!

Extremely disappointed with this company and the way they conduct their business. I was misinformed by an employee regarding membership deals. My account was charged multiple times after the agreed "timeframe". We called/visited the salon multiple times where all employees were unable to help resolve this issue. Finally, we were refused any refunds. The account was charged on the 1st, I have made constant contact for the last 6 days, the only thing that was done was my account was canceled & I was refused a refund. The employees are completely rude, disorganized and unprofessional. How great to pay for a service that I cannot even use!? A service that should have ended 3 months ago!!!!
