Terrible office staff

I have been a patient of Dr. Helen Manalis for about three years. I am comfortable with her and feel she gives me good care. Her staff, however, is dreadful. The last three times I attempted to make an appointment to see her, or request a script for blood work or a mammogram, I was put on hold for at least 25 minutes each time. I soon realized the only way I could schedule an appointment was to walk into the office and talk to an employee face to face.

Four days ago I need to refill a prescription for a non-threatening condition. The pharmacy reported they would contact her office. She has not responded to their request. Today I was to the pharmacy when they called her again. The pharmacist assistant had to leave a voice message and as of seven hours later, no one has contacted them. In addition, office staff requests that you schedule appointments on line but the website is not interactive.

This is not acceptable to me.
