The master jewelers are always on site, and the merchandise is quality and reasonably priced.We needed the sizing balls on an engagement ring filled down just a bit, and hannoush (who had sent the ring out to be resized for 2 weeks) said they wouldn't be able to work on the ring for 2 weeks, and Silverscape said it would cost $70. On a whim we stopped into Kingdom Master to see what they would say...Gabriel was wonderful, said he could do the job today for $20, and gave us a very detailed, accurate appraisal. We left it (and another ring) with him for a few hours. When we returned, both rings were done and Gabriel was willing to keep making adjustments until it fit me perfectly. He did such a nice job on the ring, we are planning to have him custom build a wedding band to match (in a few years)..I cannot recommend them highly enough!
