I have been a customer here for about 10 years and couldn't be happier! Just last week I brought my car in because it was making a funny noise - no appointment or anything - but they attended to my needs right away. Turns out I needed my breaks and struts replaced! They had my car running smoothly by the end of the day! I was floored. I would definitely reccomend them, wouldn't take my car anywhere else!!!

Got stuck in the sand near the boat launch, needed to be winched out about 40 feet. When they showed up I asked how much it would be for this simple quick job, only six miles from their shop. He replied "I don't know" as if he had no clue at all. A few min later the truck was out and he gives me an astronomical bill for $170.50 for the seven min job he did. I objected, thinking it was very high, for being such a short distance from their shop and the fact I didn't need a tow or anything, just a tug out of the ditch that took about seven min total. They assured me it was a fair rate, but after looking into what the going rate for such a service should be, I found out they about double charged me. A fair price is supposed to be about $90.00 for a five min single winch six miles from the shop. He took advantage of me cause he could. When I asked why he wouldn't tell me a price five min earlier when I asked him the first time, he said "oh well you asked how much EXACTLY." Which was a lie, I just asked very casually about how much it would be and he made it very clear he had no clue, apparently despite the fact it was a simple easy job, that everyone knew would take about five min. He wouldn't tell me ahead of time because his plan was to overcharge me. I would call another company twice as far away and get a fair price, before I would call them again.
