Never will i do business with this company again. Please read the fine print on your warranty items. They will cover a warranty but the warranty then is null and void on any replacement order you buy. On top of that the Hagerstown store told me yesterday I only have 30 days to use my warranty credit. After that the credit is gone. Today I get a letter from GBS the warranty company stating I have 6 months to use my credit. The manager stated "we have a new company and were not on the same page yet" then proceeds to say the normal is 3 months to use the credit. I don't even think he realized he was talking so much BS that he told me 30 days yesterday and now 3 months today. How many people have been screwed out of their warranty credits by these people? And a five year warranty that expires after you make a claim on it, isn't a 5 year warranty its a joke. Never again. The next household purchase will never be with these scam artists again.

I went into the store to look around. I was greeted and immediately asked what I was looking for. I said I am just looking and I will come find you if I need help. The associate proceeded to follow me around the store and asked me if she could help me 7 more times. I felt harassed. I told her I do not need your help bcz I refuse to buy anything from this store. I felt uncomfortable, frustrated and irritated I could not browse the store in peace. I will never shop there and I will be spreading the word.

Ashley Furniture in Hagerstown Md is the worst managed and customer service business I've ever dealt with. They will tell you all the great reasons to buy but when damaged product needs returned after 72 hour deadline, there are no solutions to the problem. The management team is awful and lady in back at finagle rave as rude as you get. Absolutely recommend Ashley Company to evaluate this store. Will give entire corporation a bad name. Please offer training on dealing with unhappy customers with damaged product and no fix to the issue.. Sad day shopping in Hagerstown Md Ashley Furniture Store.

This location very bad customer service.

I bought 2 items and told they will ready to pick up. I was told if all the items not here in the store i can cancel in 72 hours no fees. When back they do not have one of my order. Managers want to charge us 30% fees for cancel. That not what they said before. Manger cancel everything on the invoice and do not sale furniture to us. We not going back also friends and family. Wonder why they out off business.

9 weeks ago I purchased a bed set at your Hagerstown MD location. A sales associate helped me pick out a bed and assisted me in purchasing that bed at the front desk. six weeks later, a delivery was made to my house of a bed set that I have never seen before. I called the store manager and he claimed that the bed that was delivered is the bed that I paid for. He, Sydney Johnson, made sure to let me know that I was the one who was wrong. I was told that I signed a paper that had the info of the bed that was delivered. I do not understand how that could happen when the employees were telling me that the bed I was pointing to was the bed on the paper. My Fiancé went to the store that day and showed them the bed and the receipt. They told her that it was their mistake and they would fix it. When I called back and spoke with the manager Sydney Johnson, he held firm that it was my fault but told me my correct bed will arrive in 3 weeks. At the time of purchase I was told the latest the bed would be delivered would be September 1st. I recently gave away my current bed knowing my new bed would be arriving by that date. I am currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The manager promised me that at latest the correct bed will arrive in three weeks. Today I call and they do not know when it will be in the warehouse let alone when the bed will be getting to me.
