The front office was not competent, and made me wait a week for insurance preauthorization for an "urgent" MRI, which should have been taken care of the same day, in order to save my sight. After I waited the week, they called and said they did not have the preauthorization yet, and that I'd have to reschedule. I believe they just did not do the preauthorization request. I felt like they cared about my MRI just as much as the drive thru lady cares about my big mac. The same level of professionalism and understanding of my urgent need were exhibited by this provider. I would not recommend using them if you actually need the services for health purposes. My doctor was able to get me in to another provider the next day after this provider failed to do their job. If my health was in the hands of these people, I would have lost my sight.
