Service is OK - if you can get it, and that's a big IF. They have one car covering their taxi "service" in the entire county, it can take hours for them to get there, you can't set up advance rides and they don't do return trips. That last one is a major problem for me since I am disabled. On the bright side, the driver is usually friendly and helpful. I wish I could say the same for the dispatcher. What starts with B and rhymes with Witch? Now, multiply that by 1,000. Is it possible to have severe PMS 24/7? She seems to support it. One last thing, 24 hour service means when she is awake and has someone who will put up with her long enough to get you where you're going. This particular time it's 6:30 am and I've been trying in vain to get a taxi for an hour and a half but no one's answering again, so I decided to write a review! Really, just a simple description change could fix that. I think the owner thinks she's fooling everyone into believing it is a bigger company. As for the 2 allegedly positive reviews listed here, you need only note the defensiveness to know she wrote them herself, along with "my cab drivers" and anonymous pen name.

I was relying on these people to drive half of a wedding party to the reception today. They were to be here at 4:15. I called them at 4:17 they were on the way. At 4:34 he was 10 minutes away. At 4:54 we decided he wasn't coming. He showed up after we were on the way and had already called to cancel. I wouldn't trust these tards for anything.
