Took my 2013 Mercedes in for a fix on the fender and the door. They had it in and out in a day and a half and it's absolutely flawless Inside is clean and I couldn't be happier for the price I paid.

I give the Hagerstown Macco 5 star i have had 8 cars done over the years always turned out amazing he is now doing my high dollar Bmw I trust him with any of my cars great fast service also works with you in price if your in a tight spot would recommand to anyone

If I could give 0 stars it would still be too much. I had them paint my motorcycle plastics. They had to repaint portions of them 4 times. They are terrible. Spend the extra money and go to ANY OTHER PLACE.

My experience with the owner and his associate totally different from the lady and her friends below. Kyle and Ray were both courteous and a pleasure to deal with. They did everything promised and delivered a beautiful job. Could not be more satisfied. Don't let other individual's problems influence your decisions. These are good guys!

I had no problems. Did a great job fixing my son's 2007 Ford Mustang GT after he was broadsided. I had no problems with customer service. Really happy customer

The owner Kyle K. is abusive. The world has heard the voicemail he left a customer. In case you haven't, he called the husband of a customer advising him w/ profanity to "put his wife in check or he would". Seems like Kyle may need his own form of getting "put in check". Don't go to his stores. Don't go to any Maaco for that matter. This company won't budge until it hits them in the wallet.

He threatens his customers and doesn't do the job hired to do. Go some place else.

Crooks, rude people, and liars. Please take your business anywhere else but here. I regret spending the last month and a half wasting my time with this company. My car is still not fixed. They have charged my for car parts not needed, they have had me show up to multiple appointments and not have mechanics/car ready, they have lied about multiple car repair events, they are extremely unprofessional, and so much more. I hope this review at least stops a few people from being robbed and aggravated. So disappointed. They don't even deserve the one star required to write this review.
