The worst service ever! I expressed to the manicurist that I want a Pink French manicure which he assured me he could execute. After completing a French manicure which I didn't ask for ( I asked the manicurists could he please add a pink Polish for some sort of color) He then argued me down and retorted " I never heard of that and I asked you want you wanted, you didn't say pink " I'm thinking I'm in the twilight zone smh (very bad service) He also did a rush job on my nails!

Never will I return to this bad-mannered business!

I have been going to this salon for 10 year. Have always had great service. I have experienced the comings and goings of technicians. Family doesn't always get along. And we do not know the full story. I highly recommend this salon to all my family and friends. I go to Mary now and am very pleased. I love her since of humor and she is always very polite, and she does great job. I also have Lynn On occasion and she does a good job. So, don't judge a book by its cover

Pro Nail originally started out as a really great business. Friendly staff, highly trained staff. Then there became way to much drama between family members who ran the business. The most highly qualified nail tech "Amy" there not to mention the most customer oriented was treated poorly as well as her clients. I experienced that treatment many times. The treated Amy so poorly she left there and came back 3 times out of family obligation. They never once appreciated her. She has now gone for good leaving her many clients who loved Amy, not only for her friendly attitude but because above all she cared for her customers and the quality of work she delivered now have no one at Pro Nail who cares. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY. I WOULDN'T GO BACK THERE IF THEY WERE THE LAST NAIL SALON IN HGR. SHAME ON YOU ALL! I have been to Pro Nails for a year now to fills on my acrylic nails. Each time, the length, shape, and upkeep of my nails has been on point. The Only person that does the best work there I have to say is Annie, she is friendly, talented, and accommodating. I feel relaxed and not rushed during my visit. Her polish and designs are always perfect looking and last until my next fill.

This is officially my new pedi haven. I was in the market for a new nail salon. Recently came here and was so impressed with everything. I'm glad I don't have to try any more salons - this is the one!! Annie was the one that did my nails and she was fantistic. The instruments she use for my nail was sterile bag like the ones use in a dental office. I see that she was the only one who does this. My advice is too always go with Annie or go HOME.

I read the reviews about Annie and I have to admit she does a very good job with my nails. I have been looking for a very good nail person to do my nails because I am very picky with them.Now, I am changing my prevous regular nail girl to her. went to this salan on 7-3-10 with a very intellagent down sydrome lady and they refused to do her nails, they were down right nasty to her in front of her. when asked for a manger, the manager came out and did her nails but they were sloppy and did not put her under the nail dryer. plus they made her pay full price for the descrimination that she had recieved. i would not recommend this nail salan to anyone...you just do not treat anyone with or without disablities like that at any time and for any reason..
