the worst experience ever, 3 tries and glasses still had multiple problems, lens color completely wrong, prescription completely wrong, I witnessed 2 others customers had problems too and their glasses had to be reordered while I was there, mutiple times there was no one in the store & had to wait up to an hour,, in the end they insisted I get another eye exam even though I have glasses made all the time to the same prescription without any problems, I'm out $100 & wasted my insurance benefits because they refused to refund money. Sears optical is a joke, couldn't even get a lens color even close to their own samples, I will never return again..
