I come from a family history of entrepreneurs and process engineers, especially in agriculture & food production and residential & commercial building construction. Although we have no doctors in our family, my personal interests has always been medicine. Almost 30 years ago, out of frustration with employers and the needs of raising a family, I started my company. I married my knowledge of processes, customer service and health awareness and created a unique business model that affords others to supplement their income and still allow their family dinners, baseball games, band concerts and date nights to come first. Family is the most important and rewarding job we will ever have. I am proud that W.I.L.E.S. has helped to bring the magic back to those family moments! W.I.L.E.S. brings professionalism and respect back to the industry. We teach science, technique and customer service to our employees. When we nurture a knowledgeable, confident and happy employee then they excel in meeting our Client's expectations. When the Client is happy, then we have done our job....Right? That's what I thought too! But, when our Client's tell me how W.I.L.E.S has raised the morale of their own staff, I realize the depth of how we impact their company. Who knew that the $20.00 I carved out of my grocery budget so many years ago would bring such value to the lives of families AND our clients too!
