"Purchasing a used vehicle can be worrisome; however, with the assistance of Highsmith at Saldamotors Group, sigh of relief slowly took place. I purchased the BMW 525 with a very tight budget. Impressively, Lucy and Carlos truly worked their magic! I left the dealership very pleased that late afternoon. Few days after I took the car home, it rained continuously. Unfortunately, I noticed a weak dripped by the door. I was very nervous since I did not buy any warranty. In my head, I was on my own for the repair cost. My friend did not think either that Saldamotors would help me out at that point , but I thought that it would not hurt to ask. Carlos was just a text message away, so I went for it. He did not disappoint me. I was told to bring the vehicle back, so they could check it out. I made an appointment, and it was repaired/cleaned ( along with my little concerns) free of charge. The bonus, I was given my dream vehicle,Crosstrek, as my rental car! :D Amazing crew!!! I am very glad that I purchased my BMW in this dealership! Thanks guys! "
