The hours here are the worst around. They have a huge selection but they just recently increased their prices significantly.

The hours have been getting worse and worse over the past 2 years or so. You would think this store would be open as much as it would legally be allowed to.

Additionally, the customer service is sporadic as the service is solely dependent on the person. And about 80% of the time, only females work the register. It used to be 100%. Over the past year or two, a man or two have worked the register.

The best customer service is from Tyler. I know his name because he is that good. He treats people with respect and is super friendly. He greets you. Asks you if you found everything. Thanks you and advises to have a great day when finished. It does not appear the store has a customer service policy/guidelines as some of the younger females are almost the opposite. Since the manager's office is right next to the registers, the manager should be aware of this. Coaching/training should be conducted.

I used to visit this store several times a week. I rarely visit it anymore. During rhe 1st covid lockdown, their hours were awful as when they lifted or loosened restrictions, every store adjusted some what. This store did not.

Then the prices went up right before summer. I understand the supply chains may cost more, but in some cases, prices jumped 25% for beer. I have not experienced price increases at any of the other liquor stores.

And Tyler rarely has hours anymore. Their best customer servide employee they have and he is not there. I do not go here unless i absolutely have to and it is only 1.5 miles from my house.
