I have been a customer since the doors opened however will not return. I went last night with my 5 yr old daughter after running errands, in preparation for her return to school. I needed change for my 20 dollar bill. The young lady behind the desk said, we no longer issue change, as i realized this during my prior visits. You would think a laundry matt would supply change. Luckily i had a five dollar bill and was able to cover my small load otherwise i would have had to cross the street with my young daughter to purchase something. I suggested to the unfriendly worker behind the desk, maybe tou can add a change maker. She responded, we dont have room for that. Yet, they have two machines that allow you to input your bills into for their laundry card, which does NOT return change. Finally i had to use the restroom, which never has handsoap. Ive. I returned the key for the bathroom and explained, perhaps you dont have room for handsoap either. They suck!!!

We came to do laundry here for the first time. The machines use a card instead of quarters. We put five dollar bills in the card machine and got back a card that was used and only had 28¢ on it. The attendant checked the card and said it had transactions on it so we must have used it already! Neither the attendant nor the owner would refund us the $5.00. So after an argument with the attendant, we had to purchase another card and spend another $5.00. We're never coming back. Poorest customer service I have ever seen. Who treats a new customer like they are lying?
