Snow plow employee hit my wife's expensive car as he was backing up in our parking lot and did $1,000. Employee refused to get out and stop working to provide auto insurance information. Employee mocked my wife, laughing at her frustration, and yelled obscenities at her. Talked to owner and he blew it off and defended his employee. Very unprofessional.
