Here we go again. I can’t even give one star for this place. I have had temporary dentures for 13 months now. I have had nothing but bad service with this office. It has been very frustrating to say the least. Long story short. Like I said I have had temporary dentures since last February. I have never worn the bottoms because they have never fit correctly and yes I have had them adjusted. Still could not wear. As for the top I have to take them out every time I eat yes every time because they have never fit correctly and yes I have had them adjusted as well. Now for the good part. I was in the office January 14th 2021. Had the rest of the filling’s done AND HAD MY FINAL SCAN FOR MY PERMANENT DENTURES FINALLY RIGHT? WRONG! Called today to see if they where in yet. Guess what I was told? Oh they must not have taken you will have to come in for a final impression to get them. Are you kidding me. So if I wouldn’t have made the call today I never would have known that the scan didn’t work because nobody called me to inform me of that. This has been the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. I am very disappointed with this business and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.
