I moved on September 8. Greenline was my designated movers. Andre and his team did an excellent job of moving my belongings without any breakage. Very professional and will recommend them to other people who are looking to relocate.

My mother decided to live with us. She is very old,and we didn't have time to move all her things by ourselves. It was beginning of hell,so many companies to choose,but how to make the right choice?I approached the issue very seriously. Asked my friends,read all information in Internet.

For me important thing was quality and time, I was told about your company,so I called,and was surprised .My tricky questions was answered quickly and I was given all information that I needed.

Just great! Was actually scared to use a moving company's services, because, you know, I was afraid for my things. But they did it well! Nothing was stolen or broken! Thank you GreenLine!

This was one of the worst decisions I have made about my move! When I first spoke to someone at the company my estimate was around $1,200 so I planned my expenses accordingly. They were able to get my belongings in a very timely fashion, but once they got there everything was being tacked on to the estimated price. Apparently I have to pay for each step they have to take from their seat to my door, each flight they have to go up, their packing materials because yours doesn't suffice, and in order for me to pay on my card it was another $30 charge! No one in that the company told me that until of course all of my things are on the truck. After I got to my final destination and had a move in date it still took them about four days after that date to deliver my items. There was no time frame or estimates as to when my things were going to arrive, I just had to sit in an empty apartment for 4 days and wait for them to call. Apparently, this is how this company does things. Upon FINALLY receiving my stuff in my final destination, again I have to pay for them to walk 7 steps and one flight of stairs. When I took a look at my stuff after they delivered everything a couple boxes were squashed including my glass kitchen dishes, a couple pieces of my furniture looked like it had gotten wet and slightly damaged, and I was missing an important part of my furniture. The customer service throughout the whole entire experience was subpar. I worked with one lady Julie in the beginning who I enjoyed working with but for the remaining of my move I have the unpleasant opportunity in working with their quote unquote head manager April. She was rude and very short and treats you just like you are, just another check. I did file a claim against them for my missing and damaged items which is still in progress. At the end of my move it was about $1,200 more than what they quoted me for. The actual movers were not that bad that actually work with me more than the company did . The company is a money hungry ,non Customer driven black hole on wheels. Needless to say if I could have I would have walked each and every one of my items from my beginning destination to my final destination if it meant not to deal with this company.

The best things about this company are their movers. I have hired them 3 times now and worked with 3 different crews. Each crew was very capable for this job. They took amazing care of my belongings each time. After moving my stuffs 3 times they still haven’t broken even a glass. I don’t know where such efficiency comes from. I’m going to relocate again soon and I know just the people to hire!

I have read some very mean comments about Green line moving, where people ask to go to some other website for the truth. I wonder if it’s that website making them write such reviews because my experience with Green line moving was absolutely fantastic. I hired the company 6 months ago. They were punctual, efficient and very trustworthy. I say that because they arrived on time and delivered on time. They were fast to pack and capable to load everything easily. Even my huge couch was nothing to them. Not one piece went missing during the journey. Not only were these men so professional, they were always smiling and making me feel less stressed. I don’t know who says what but I am definitely team Green line moving.

Every relocation comes at a price. So far, I have lost many expensive items, thanks to the moving companies. So, for my move from Baltimore, MD to Miami, FL, I wasn’t going to hire any inefficient moving company. I did my research thoroughly and most reviews online pointed towards Green line moving. I called them and got a quote within 10 minutes. They kept me in the loop during the days before the move through emails. On the moving day, 4 movers arrived right on time with all their equipment. They wasted absolutely no time in packing everything. All my belongings were safely packed into boxes and then loaded onto the vans. It was such an organized process that it took almost no time. When the delivery was made, nothing was broken or lost. It was by far the easiest and most cost effective relocation of mine.

I am utterly mesmerized with Green line moving. Their customer service is amazingly fast and they always bend over backwards to give you the best quotes. I know that because I have hired them several times now. Each time, everything went very smoothly. They always took extra care of my breakables. They are yet to break any fragile items. Their prices are ridiculously low and that alone is good enough for hiring them. If you’re looking for a capable hand to help you through the tiresome process of relocating, look no further and hire Green line moving.

Green line moving moved me and my family last January. They did such a good job. We owned a lot of big pieces of furniture. They moved them without a scratch on them. The movers were very strong and capable for the job. There was no hidden cost in the final bill. We were thinking that it was going to be really troublesome but the guys from Green line moving made it all so easy. Did I mention they were cheap too?

Green line moving is a terrific moving company. I hired them on a recommendation from a friend. The quote seemed more than fair. They sent 3 movers who were very experienced. They wrapped up all my valuables within an hour and started moving them to the vans parked in front of my house at Baltimore, MD. They delivered everything on time to Charlotte, NC. I am very satisfied with their helpful attitude and overall capability of handling a move. I suggest hiring them.

My mother moved house from Baltimore, MD to Norman, OK. I would just like to thank Green line moving and especially their sales person and the 3 guys that moved my mother’s possessions. The staffs were 1st class, really great service I would recommend them very highly. They were the most competitive quote and delivered. The standard of the packaging and the whole move was very professional. Thank you Green line moving for taking the stress out of my 60 year old mother's move back to Norman after 20 years.

These guys really are the best. I really don’t like moving at all. But the fact is this moving company was great. They made the move so much easier and more tolerable in the end. I am grateful to have found them and been referred by others. The guys who came out were very experienced and great as well as polite with exceptional customer service. I won’t go anywhere else.

Most moving companies attract you with their shiny billboards and big words. But it’s still a better choice to go for old-school moving companies like Green line moving. They are not in the billboards but they have been in the business for long enough. Turns out, these guys know how to do their jobs properly and they are not out for your cash. All the issues I had with my previous movers, like hourly rate, efficiency, delivery delay etc. weren’t even issues with Green line moving. They train their men very well and it’s the job at hand that matters the most to them.

Rus and his troops arrived on time and worked diligently to make my move smooth, quick, andpainless. They went above and beyond to make sure that my furniture was protected, disassembled and reassembled large items like my bed, and helped me to rearrange my new place. Additionally, they were just really cool guys who I'd probably want to hang out with outside of knowing them through the company. What I love MOST about their service was the price was fair and there were absolutely NO hidden costs! Amen to that. When you decide to use Green line moving, ask for Rus and his crews. They are a great team to work with!

OMG. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I don't even understand how a company like this can stay in business.



It started with the movers coming to my house and telling me at the last minute that some of my stuff will not fit (despite the estimate they gave me) and asked for more money to load it.



Although the agreement says 14 business days delivery guaranteed, the contract says nothing. I ended up waiting over 2 months. Every time I called they would tell me that they will either load my stuff next Wednesday or Sunday (the stuff is stored in a warehouse prior to delivery), or they would simply say that they will call me back and don't.



They never provided me with any explanation or compensation. In the second month it became even more ridiculous when they stopped answering my calls and emails. I had to write them a letter and contact the Moving Association of MD to force them to let another moving company take my belongings. They refused to give me my money back and I ended up paying the other company the full price on top of what I paid them.



When I finally got my stuff, my mattress was a complete wreck because they were cheap on wrapping materials on a pick up day and my chair was broken (I didn't know it was even possible to break it like that). The insurance they offer is ridiculous so I had to buy a new mattress.



Seriously I cannot believe that this can happen in the US in the 21st century.

One star is way too much for them.

We moved from Baltimore, MD to Washington, DC with ease and it was only because of the fabulous movers from Green line moving. I already got a hint about how good they were when I called them the first time. The woman on the phone seemed really friendly and helpful. She really seemed keen to help me with the price and we finally settled on a number that was really reasonable. On the moving day, the movers showed up right on time with proper equipment. They were very creative while packing everything. They were fast and thorough. I chatted up with the foreman Ivan and he told me that he was in this business for almost a decade. It was so good to know that I was in such experienced hands. It really paid off during the delivery. Not one thing was damaged! Thanks a lot guys.

Green line moving is not a new name to me. I have already used them 3 times. Twice I used them for myself and once for my parents move. They were able to deliver all 3 times and there was nothing I could have asked for more. I found them very punctual, committed, fast, affordable and highly efficient. But I was really impressed during my last move. They have moved all my belongings from MD to TN in just 6 days and not a single thing got damaged or broken! Simply terrific!! I would obviously rank them very high because they deserve to be ranked within the top 3.

My old apartment in Baltimore was a third floor walkup through a very narrow staircase. I do not remember how I managed to fit my old furniture through that staircase into my apartment 6 years ago. I hired Green line moving to get them out and then transport them to Denver. They somehow managed to get every piece of my furniture out of that building without a scratch on them. The next challenge was my new apartment in Denver, CO. It was on the fourth floor and the elevator was sketchy to describe it the best way possible. The four men carried most of the things through the stairs. I was very impressed by them. I think they exceeded all my expectations and performed brilliantly in conditions less than comfortable.
