These Condos once great; now have a lower element of individuals. For example; at 1137 Kelfield Dr, there are approx. 8-9 individuals residing in one unit. First, HOA does not allow such cramped conditions. Second, these individuals are unable and cannot afford monthly payments. Third, ex heroine addicts, now on methadone should not be allowed to reside. HOA should be contacted and remove such individuals with multiple complaints!!
