What a disgrace to take advantage of a disabled veteran and his wife who is fighting lung cancer, my mom and dad bought a rv from these people wanting to spend time together to only have trouble from the start after getting there trailer set up on camp ground,from air conditioner not working right,breakers flipping off (needless to say my mom on oxygen and cpap)table that supposed to let out into bed messed up,couch messed up,just some of the things,this thing should have never left there lot,my mom and dad having hard time getting things fixed to say the least they charge them $150 everytime to come out and fix something which is so wrong when this brand new trailer should have no issues at all.So I suggest not even driving out there and doing business with them obviously they don't stand behind there products, extra money for them when they have to keep coming and fixing things that shouldn't even have to being fixed on an this kind of expensive purchase.

My mom is in recovery from cancer and my dad is a disabled veteran, they are on a fixed income. They have finally got to a place in life to do what they like and bought a camper from these unprofessional people. They have been called to fix air conditioning 2 times the first time they came and pretty much did nothing second time they charged 150 to take pictures and replace a breaker that is still tripping. By the way they purchased an extended warranty from these people and one employee said if you purchased it they should not have to pay 150 every time they come out. A cabinet door fell off the hinges and hit my dad in the head. The worker that cane pretty much had to break the table and benches to make it a bed. The cosmetic flaws are abundant. My mom is on oxygen, needs the air to work and breakers to stop flipping but they charged 150 to take pics and left. This place is a complete joke. My mom fears to get anything done they will have to get a lawyer. By the way the service man is rude as most of them. These people disgust me taking advantage of a disabled veteran and a cancer patient.. it's a shame.
