I recently purchased a dishwasher from Earl B. Feiden Appliances. Not feeling up to endless research, decided to take my handyman's (no vested interest) advice: "Save yourself time & energy, go to EBF. They're the best." He was so right. From start to finish, my shopping experience was pleasant & stress free. The sales staff is knowledgeable, patient, & do not pressure to buy. In fact, I went back 3 times before committing. The office staff is polite & capable. Did I pay more? I don't think so. I was offered many different brands, features,& price options. Even if I had, the personalized service would have been worth it. When calling the store, it was wonderful to have phone answered promptly by Shari's friendly voice. She, along with her co-workers, consistently went above & beyond to answer questions, address my concerns, & to satisfy my needs. Although this was a big purchase for me, I am sure it was a small transaction for them. Still, I felt they genuinely cared about me as a customer & I love my new dishwasher. Getting the most value for money spent is an important consideration, esp. when purchasing appliances. EBF has quality products, qualified sales staff, courteous customer service. Why go elsewhere? I highly recommend anyone to "save yourself time & energy, go to EBF. They're the best!"
