I have the worst experience in the world to report from Falcon Trace Senior Apts. in Halfmoon. The management is so incredibly unprofessionaly, uneducated, and pathetic. There is nothing senior about these apartments. I am just waiting to get out. Please do not make the mistake I made in coming here. Nobody even tells you their last names, which makes me very suspicious there is something nefarious going on here. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everybody from all angles. Nothing works!!!! I am constantly calling maintenance, which is a joke. For these prices, we deserve better. They have nothing senior here, just a lot of guitarists????? It is sad!!!!!!!

I have been living at Falcon Trace Senior Apt now for a few months. If I knew I would be living in a building with paper walls and ceilings I would of never moved here. I cannot wait for the lease to end.

If you are living on the third floor, life is beautiful. You have no one below you. But if you are on the first or second floor be prepared for plenty of noise. From squeaky floors to the tenants walking and talking. And guess what? built by Bruce Tanski. I should of known better. Would I recommend this place. Only if you can live on the third floor. The apts are very nice but the noise really takes away from all that went into this place.
