Written: 3/19/15. Very unprofessional office. Receptionist, who would not reveal her name, is nice. Yesterday, Gina the office manager yelled and hung up on me as I was crying. So, I called back and left a long message for Gina's boss, Brian Strohl the attorney.
Today, he called me back asking for a different client (not me) and I was laughing. After establishing our identities, I asked if he had just spoken to Gina about me & he said yes. So, I laughed some more. He said "this is not a laughing matter, cut this sh__" and hung up on me.
