DON'T TRUST!!

I brought my car in 3 times telling them the tires were leaking. They said they fixed the three leaking tires in January. Had to bring it in again last week (early March) for the same problem and they said one aluminum alloy rim was corroded and they sanded it (thank you for doing that..) The other two had bad valve stems. Why didn't they fix those 6 weeks earlier?



So last week I got the 3 tires fixed (again), drove out of the parking lot and couldn't control the car. Went right back and they told me a tire radial belt had slipped or broken (while it was in their care) and I had to get new tires (38,000 mi on 55,000 tires). They would not honor any warranty and said it was my fault the tire failed because of the leaking air problem. The guy at the counter said he'd give me a discount on new tires.



While I waited, I heard 2 other people told their leaking tires were because of bad valve stems. Is this a common problem with Tire Warehouse? Can't they get that right? To add insult to injury, the same guy that said he was giving me a discount on tires told another customer about the same tires and the discounted price he told me was the regular price.

Don't trust this business. Bad valve stems for multiple customers, damaging tires while they "fix" them, and mis-represented prices. If I didn't need my car and had another way out of there, I would have left. NEVER GO HERE unless you want to buy an extra set of tires.
