I would ask Logisticare to select a different company for medical transportation. I am normally a good advocate for small business however in this situation the employees that have interacted with my patients have been harsh, lacking professionalism, poor mannered, >1 hour late for pick ups at times, and unapologetic. We have numerous patients that arrive via medical transportation and many of these are small local businesses but I felt our experience with this particular company was worth taking the time to review given there very poor service. I will avoid this company in the future unless significant changes are made.
