So disappointed in the customer service at Barnett's. It's a local hardware store that seemed to have everything. I've been going there for years. Guess I never returned anything. They don't do returns. Even if a purchase was made on their recommendation. If they are wrong you pay..no returns only credit.

I asked the cashier to speak with a manager. He told me their was none. When I offered to sell my credit slip to the man behind me in line the manager suddenly appeared.
She was screaming and yelling even as I tried to explain that her employees had directed me to purchase the wrong product. I will never ever go back. Pity they missed the class in Customer Service 101. After reading other reviews I see I'm not the first.

Barnett's is quality. Not just a hardware store, they carry so much more for the home. A mainstay for so many years in the area, and you can find many items not often found in your chain hardware stores.
