First, I am thankful for the employees that do a good Job multitasking, and creating italian cuisine for family, friends, and the community to delight on. I was satiated with the eggplant pizza. The pizza crust was not too thick, and not too thin. I think it was made just right. Topped with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese, and eggplant. Really enjoyed it very much
