This was our third relocation and first time with Northwestern van lines. I tried moving on my own and then I tried hiring a cheap moving company. On both occasions, mishaps were in abundance. I finally decided to stop being so stuck up and hire someone who knows what to do! That’s when I hired Empire Moving and Storage. These guys came in and made relocating seem like a piece of cake. The movers were punctual, efficient and above all, experienced. They were always prepared for any unforeseen issues and handled the situations very skillfully. This is the best moving experience my family has had. I'll definitely use them again if by chance I get transferred out of state again.

Empire Moving & Storage really handled my last move very professionally. Their quote was quite low considering the other estimates I got from other companies. The customer service was very friendly. The movers arrived right on time on the moving day. They were very well equipped and took almost no time to finish packing everything. The loading process went smoothly. They delivered everything by the promised time line and all my valuables traveled well. It was such an easy move. I’m completely satisfied with their services.
