The first time I went I waited over an hour to see a nurse, then they forgot I was there and left me in the room I was in..they had to call my phone to find out I was still there!
The second time I waited and hour and thirty minutes just to get referred to a optometrist.
Seriously, if you value your time DONT GO HERE.
