Took no responsibility for damage to my leather seats

I visited Tony's for the first time for a quick car wash because I wanted to find a place close to work that I could visit on a regular basis (vs. my regular car wash which is close to my home in Bedford). The car wash itself is what one would expect, however, the tear to the leather on my driver-side seat was not. (Please note that I’ve had my car less than 2 ½ weeks, still with dealer tags.) When I spoke to the manager about the damage, he checked with both of the men that serviced my car and both claimed that neither had anything in their pockets that would cause the damage. Then he played the video that showed one of the men climbing in to my car to drive it to the wash. The manager claimed that the video proved that his pockets were empty. That I can agree with --- but there was no proof as to what happened when either men were actually inside of the car. Needless to say, Tony’s claimed no liability and that the damage must have been there when I arrived.Finally, after much going back and forth, the manager took a photo of the damage, my name and number and said he would have the owner call me. 48 hours later, I’m still waiting on that call back…
