I was very upset with the service I recieved at this "salon". All of the students and instructors kept gathering around me discussing my hair in Spanish. I became extremely nervous. They kept the chair turned in a way that I couldn't see the mirror. I was at the salon for more than three hours and not one person attempted to spesk TO me directly. In the end, my hair did not turn out even close to what I told them I wanted. Yes, I showed them a picture.

It may just be me but when I go to a salon and pay money, I expect to get what I ask for. More than that, I expect to leave feeling pampered and beautiful. I left this 'salon' feeling ignored and in tears.

My main advice to the instructors would be to teach their students to COMMUNICATE with the client -- don't talk about them, talk to them.

This company is a full service salon that dedicates its buisness to your needs as a client . With full scale level instructors that are there the entire time! Cheapest cut or color, awesome perms. CASH ONLY!!!
