not something I recommend someone having to go through, but at this point, I don't care who knows it. he is a darn good attorney, and i'm debt free!

Rick is an extremely caring and hardworking attorney with the best interests and goals of his clients at heart. Bankruptcy for me was a very rough go. And frankly I wouldn't really wish it on anyone, but although it's a trying and a stressful experience, Rick helped me navigate through much smoother seas than I've seen others experience. He took most of the stress as well as the psychological burden that was piled up on me and just lifted it for me. I did have to still help with some paperwork, but you can't even imagine how much relief I got just from not having to receive the harassing phone calls. They basically acted as an intermediary for me and I didn't know how much that would mean to me, how much of a blessing that would be until I stopped receiving those calls. All the sudden my phone rang less, and when it did ring I could answer the calls!



So here's my thoughts. I know I've waxed longwinded here, but I guess I have some experience to share. I went to the offices of 3 other attorneys before settling on rick. And I am glad I found him because I didn't want any part of those other attorney offices and how they did business. If want someone that is going to make certain that all your t's and i's are crossed and dotted then Rick is your man.



He will handle details and his team has the attention to detail which will keep it from biting you later. He's also just plain easy to talk to. From that first phone call in which he practically worked with me on some of the details over the phone in a free phone consult as well as the ensuing office visit, I was able to relax and ditch my nervousness that had been plaguing me about this whole financial mess I got myself into.

I know I probably shouldn't have been in that home from the start at such a young age when I bought it, but by now, my kids have grown into it, and I can't even imagine leaving it now.



A BIG THANKS THANKS THANKS for helping me keep it. Now my credit cards are cut up, my medical debt is behind me, and I'm building my emergency fund like you taught me.
