If you are looking for a clean modern community to live with your family don't give Springdale Apartments consideration.My family recently left this complex as soon as our lease ended.These buildings are severely infested with cockroaches,drugs,families that live wall to wall with people(7 tenants to a 1 bedroom is not uncommon),lawns that are not mowed for weeks at a time,clutter, broken glass and trash scattered throughout the parking lot and yards,graffitti painted on buildings and roofing that hangs off the sides of the buildings,a pool and playground neglected and closed for years,a laundry room that has became the hangout for delinquent teenagers who use hard drugs and perform lude acts in public,very few washers and dryers are working and the window is broken out on a regular basis.If you are looking for loud all night parties with drunkenness just walk out into the parking lot on almost any night.Any one can reside in Springdale there is no enforcement of background checks,many neighbors are felony parolees or probationers that the current landlord KAREN turns a blind eye towards.No security guards here, go outside or let your children play at your own risk.Local police frequent these apartments daily and are doing their best to close this slum down.Springdale rivals the worst tenements that can be found in Dallas,Chicago,LA, and other large cities.A rating of 1 of 5 is generous,a negative rating is more appropriate.
