DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! Bought car that broke down 2 days later because gas tank was so dented it could not get gas into engine!! Tried to call owner he would not even speak to me! Reporting to state inspections since they do their own inspections!!

This dealership is a rip off.....

This dealership is a rip off......they sold me a Dodge 1500 truck with a bad motor in it. They tried to hide the knocking noise by putting a loud performance muffler on it, I had the loud muffler removed and thats when i heard the knocking in the motor and I called to let them know what was going on thinking that they would help but they basically told me there was nothing they could do and that the truck was sold as is. They just RIPPED ME OFF!!!!

I'd like to thank Vizzel aka Yvonne Henderson for her business. Unfortunately, she has posted some less than factual information about our business, this vehicle transaction, and the events that transpired after her purchase. Yvonne came to us looking for a $5000 truck to purchase cash. We had several trucks for sale, but they were above her price range. She really liked a 2001 Dodge Ram club cab. The vehicle was an SLT, red, automatic and 2wd. It was equipped with power windows, power locks, power mirrors, ABS, A/C, cruise control, power steering, tilt, aftermarket stereo, dual airbags, aftermarket hard color-matched bed cover, bed liner, tow package, 20" chrome wheels and wide tires and aftermaket dual exhaust. The KBB value of the truck is $7,526. Yvonne drove the truck and liked it very much. It was still above her budget and she left our lot to continue looking at other dealerships. Yvonne returned to our lot several hours later because she liked the truck so much she wanted to get our best cash price. After some strong negotiating on her part, we sold her the truck at $5,200 INCLUDING TT&L. The truck was sold at $4745. That's nearly $2,800 under the vehicle's actual value. The vehicle was sold as-is, like all of our vehicles. Yvonne (like all of our customers) was offered a warranty with a 3rd party company we are partnered with to protect her investment. She declined the warranty at the time of purchase. Yvonne contacted us a few weeks after she purchased the truck. She told us she removed the aftermarket exhaust and there was a problem with the vehicle's engine. At that time, we urged her to add the warranty in case it was a serious problem. She declined at the time, but shortly there after, added the warranty. The warranty company replaced the engine in the vehicle. Problem solved at the affordable cost of a warranty that is strongly suggested to all of our customers whether they purchase a vehicle cash or finance. In short, Yvonne was not ripped off. We did not add an exhaust system to mask any problems. We would not knowingly BUY OR SELL a vehicle with an engine problem. Yvonne's warranty covered the cost of her repairs. It's unfortunate that Yvonne Henderson wrote and untruthful review about her experience with us. We made every effort to ensure Yvonne was happy with her purchase and buying experience.
