They should change the name to "Crook Jewelers", which is how I refer to them to everyone I know/ meet that comment on my ring. For my 20 th wedding anniversary, I brought in a pair of .35ct diamond studs to be mounted on an enhancer to go around my .50 ct solitaire engagement ring. The stones in the earrings were H-I in color with VS1 clarity with no carbon spots. I have the papers from when we bought them. Look Jewelers mounted only one of my stones on the ring and replaced the other with a lower quality stone with 2 large carbon spots, visible to the naked eye. I questioned the appearance of the different stone when I picked the ring up, as it did not match the other 2 stones at all, and got the runaround. They insisted that was what I had brought in to be mounted. I hate my ring now and won't even wear it because their dishonesty makes me so angry. I regret the years of business that I gave their family. They are thieves.
