DON'T GO TO ATM RESTYLE ON CAMP RD IN HAMBURG!!!

I was very excited to get my remote starter for my Christmas present from my husband this year. Today I took a day off work and we dropped my car off at 10:30 for my 11am appointment. The receptionist told us it would be about 3 hours for installation. We came back at 2:30 and it wasn't even looked at! The receptionist said they could start it at that point but I couldn't wait. I was told they do the people who wait for their cars first. I guess my appointment really didn't matter! I guess my time doesn't matter to them! I guess an apology from the smug receptionist is not in their training! Since when do businesses put people with appointments on the back burner for people that came in after them. Maybe it's for the better in case something went wrong with their work and I had to deal with trying to get it fixed. I recommend that you take your business elsewhere since they can't even keep an appointment.

I had a viper remote starter installed in my car and was very satisfied with there service. The starter has a 1 mile range and lets me know it's running! I love getting into a warm car every day thanks!!!

Well where do I begin.. We had an electric start put in our daughters car 2 years ago at ATM and she could not have been happier. The owners and staff are amazing with their customers. So I went back this past December and we bought another electric starter for our son's truck and on top of that I went back and bought my husband floor matts for his truck BEST gift ever. They took the time to go over the products they have so I would get what was right for the truck.I highly recommend ATM Restyle in Hamburg NY not only do you get the BEST service ever, there is always something else you can go back to purchase. I have to say the store is very welcoming from the time you walk in the door.

Went to get a tint visor put on my truck. After completion I went and inspected my vehicle only to notice that the visor was not below the factory black lines under the mirror. I notified them that I was not happy and the guy that did my visor came out and said that it would be illegal to go any lower. He then told me it would look gangster. The point is I am sure they tint side windows darker than what they are supposed to. The feeling that I got was that he did not want to redo the visor. So now I am going somewhere else to have my tint redone buyer beware not worth the time.
