I hit a deer on 6/21. My family had gone to this shop for 20 years prior under ownership of Schmitts. I am writing this review on 9/7, 78 days later with my car still not back in my possession.  They said it's a nice routine repair,  may take a few days extra cause my bumper cover was back ordered from Germany.  I wish those were the only delays.  My insurance covered $1500 worth of rental.  Lasted 25 days,  about a reasonable time for a shop to complete repairs. They installed the wrong fog light covers. Didn't clear any of module codes from the repairs. Lost the firewall battery terminal cover from one of the multiple times they completely drained the battery and had to charge it. I unexpectedly went there to check on repairs and they had the ridged spare tire cover wedged up  with a jump pack and folded in half  cause they were too lazy to take my subwoofer box out before they tried to jump the car from the trunk (btw you're supposed to jump it from under the hood). I brought it up to them and they still replaced and installed 1 brand new tire on an awd Audi (confirmed by audi they all needed replacing if one was being replaced due to uneven tread depth.  It needed to have a front paint protection film applied at a local dealership that they sent it out too. They decided they did not like they're finish on the hood  they THEY did when they got it back from having the wrap installed and proceeded to re-clear the top portion of the hood taping off the lower clear bra causing a hard line all the way across the hood in the clear on top of tons of debris in the paint. The fender fitment was so bad that it was rubbing on the A pilar.  I'm supposed to go pick it up today after they basically repaired everything twice. I think you can get the overall idea. If you value your car, time, or money go somewhere else. They don't care about anything that has to do with the customer at this business.

Shop provided both prompt and excellent service. The Manager kept me updated regarding progress as well as the other drivers' insurance company for hidden damage.
