You may look at this review and scratch your head. 5/5 on expertise, selection . But service. They are very good at what they do so they are very busy. So much so I have been on the "wait" list for about 3 months. In the meantime, my lawn is growing. I stopped in to check my progress on the list and for some hope of salvation. I walked in and the owner was behind the counter. He fiddled with papers for a few minutes and I expected him to look up and ask how he could help me but he walked into the back room without so much as a word or acknowledgement that he expected to come back. I waited for 5 minutes and walked out. Being good is a way to build your business. Being arrogant is a way to tear it down one customer at a time. Previously had done work for me for the past few years since referred by a friend. Very disappointed at the moment.
