I went in for a sick visit with Sara Burrigo. Biggest mistake of my life. Not only was she ill mannered in the room with me but before coming in I heard her say to the nurse” let’s hurry this up I want to get Home and have a life too” in the room she criticized me and left. I was in the er the next day because of her lack of care and misdiagnosis. I contacted the manager and told her my concerns and that I wanted my copay back. She talked to the head dr where he did not see anything wrong with that dr or he lack of care I received.

Wait time is minimal. I have been very satisfied with my issues being recognized and solved in a short amount of time.

When I complained to my family's physician that I was feeling down and tired for a long time he told me I was just being lazy.
It took me a while but I eventually called Lakeshore Primary and got right in.
Doctor Forehand sent me for blood work right away and found that I had hypothyroidism.
Now I see Kathy Schiele frequently for appointments throughout the year.
I am always greeted by a smiling receptionist and usually within 10 minutes I am called by the nurse who takes my vitals and documents my issues that day.
Occasionally I will wait in the examining room a little longer than I would like but that's ok because I know when I'm seen I will take up a little time too.
I have never had an issue with filling prescriptions and when I leave a message on the patient portal I usually get a response that day.

Although the doctors are very nice. Most of the doctors I've had seen here were not very good . The time you spend in the waiting room Many of the nurses are rude over the phone and in person. When calling the office they often do not call you back. I'm very disappointed with the services at lakeshore
