Provided by YP.comI wanted to share my experience at Little Diva's with you guys to help save you guys a hassle.
When my daughters said they didn't want a party for their birthday they wanted a trip to the salon with me I was so excited. I booked a party over the phone with Deb the owner of Little Diva's. I was quoted $23 a child for a facial, mani and pedi. And the adults (me and a friend) would pay the regular adult price. PERFECT!
So party day (noon) comes we get there and she is asking me for a knife to cut the cucumbers. Umm I don't carry one of those around all the time. Ok what ever. So she has her employee start the kids facials and they are happy. (se got a knife from dunkin donuts lol) And she works on my friend. The facial beds are out of commission so the girls have to lay back awkwardly the whole time.
The employee finally starts their nails and just as she was done doing their mani the owner has to leave because she didn't think it would take this long (already 2!) and had to leave to do someone's hair at her other location. So she left. She just finished my friends mani and had to start mine. The girls were just getting to their pedis.
She comes back and finishes up. My friend noticed there was poured sparkling cider (that and cupcakes were supposed to be provided for the party) and asked about it. She said it was for them (although we were pretty much done) and when they asked for more she told them no.
Then she told me my total.... $44 a child! UMM WHAT?! I didn't even get cupcakes! The girls were all giggly and happy and even though she knew I wasn't happy I paid it.
So my husband called her when he found out. She said because we only had 3 girls and not 4 we didn't get cupcakes. But there is no discount for not getting them. She also pretty much told him she didn't really care if we didn't come back or if we told people about our experience.
She should have had the QUEEN DIVA package which is $35 for a facial, mani and pedi and also had cupcakes and bubbling cider as per her site here: http://www.impulseguide.com/MenuDetail.aspx?VendorID=29&LocationID=1
She is flaky and I think she just made prices up in her head. It was a bad experience for me although my kids had a nice time. She obviously doesn't think too much about word of mouth. Just thought I would post my lesson learned here for you guys before any one else gets ripped off.

Provided by YP.comI was very disappointed with our visit to the Little Diva Spa. I took my 7 year old daughter and her friend to celebrate my daughter's birthday. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted rudely. The technician that was doing the girls' nails barely said a word to them and took a personal phone call while doing their nails! As soon as the owner left, the 2 employees left were bashing the owner. To top it off, they were playing music that had curse words!! Totally inappropriate for little girls to listen to! We won't be going back....
