The manager for these apartments, Tina Peters, is very unprofessional. If youre a person of color I wouldnt bother. They will treat you poorly. I am a tenant with these apartments. I never pay rent late and I'm the quietest tenant in the building. Im also the only person pf color in the building and they are not giving me the opportunity to renew the lease after only living here for almost 6 months. When I asked Tina why I cannot renew she never answered me. I also did not have heat in the apartment for 4 days. I texted Tina when it originally happened and I was ignored for 4 days until I finally demanded to get it fixed or I wouldn't pay rent. Tina is very unprofessional and comes off as very racist. She tends to the needs of the other tenants except for mines. I spoke with another tenant because my car got broken into, and Tina offered them assistance with how to take care of it but when I asked her she said to just call the police. Again if youre a person of color dont bother with this company.
